Two injured in Rochester accident
ROCHESTER — Two people were injured Friday in a two-car crash at the intersection of Washington Street and Dry Hill Road, police said.
Police said Justine Pigeo, 26, of Salem, Mass., was heading west on Washington Street about 12:30 p.m. Friday when she turned onto Dry Hill Road and into the path of Harry Sprague, 58, of Wolfeboro. Pigeo’s car rolled over and Pigeo was pinned in her car until being rescued.
Pigeo and Sprague were taken to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said. Pigeo was charged with failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
