Two injured in Manchester crash
MANCHESTER - Two people were injured in an accident in which a car flipped over and landed on its roof, police said.
Police Sgt. Richard Brennan said Ryan St. Jean, 23, of Londonderry, was seen by witnesses driving at a high rate of speed heading south on South Willow Street about 1:30 a.m. Saturday. The car went off the road, hit a curb, rolled over a few times and landed on its roof, Brennan said.
St. Jean suffered minor injuries, while his passenger, Juan Velazquez, 28, suffered a broken leg, Brennan said.
Brennan said speed and alcohol were factors in the crash. St. Jean was arrested on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated, he said.
