Fisher Cats rained out in Altoona
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats and Altoona Curve were rained out on Thursday night in Altoona, Pa. The teams will play a doubleheader Friday night at 6 p.m.
Yohan Pino (5-5, 3.96 ERA) and John Stilson (2-2, 4.11) are expected to start for the Fisher Cats (41-64), who look to build momentum following an 8-3 series-clinching win on Wednesday against the Harrisburg Senators. The two teams close out their four-game series with games on Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 6 p.m.
The Fisher Cats announced on Thursday that righthanded pitcher Chris Jakubauskas was transferred from New Hampshire to Las Vegas, the Toronto Blue Jays AAA affiliate.
