Watt, Cullity win at Derryfield
Tara Watt and Roberta Cullity fashioned a 138 gross score to win the two-day 2012 Women's Member-Member Derryfield CC Tournament over the weekend. Watt and Cullity won in a match of cards over Andrea Morrell and Louise Billy, who also had a 138. Karen McBarron and Elise Thornton, at 158, finished third.
First net winners with a 122 were Kim Hughes and Kim Trisciani, followed by Liz Lafferty and Joanna Teas at 124, and Ingrid Willikens and Sara Mantineo at 127.
Placing fourth at 129 were Donna Haggis and Lucile Haggis, followed by Deborah Hughes and Lynn Doheny at 130, and Terri Haggis and Elaine Lanoie at 131. Placing seventh at 134 were Rachel Poltak and Laurel Elgart.
ForMatt tourney
The foursome of John Raleigh, Tom Thornton, Jeff Duval and Chris Stamoulis carded a winning 57 score in the 2012 ForMatt Foundation Golf Tournament at Derryfield CC on Friday.
Placing second at 58 were the quartet of Mike Ryan, Mark Taylor, Mark Field and Stan Smith.
Taking third at 60 were Alex Young, Ryan Blaine, Jon Russo and Ryan Blossom.
