UPDATED: Teens face charges in Concord car damage

CONCORD — Five teens were chased down by police officers early Sunday morning and arrested after damaging several cars parked in a downtown garage, including drawing a swastika on one vehicle, police said.
Officers responding to a call around 1:16 a.m. on Sunday for suspicious activity in the Capital Commons parking garage on Storrs Street said the five teenagers took off when police arrived.
The five teens were chased down and taken into custody. Three of the teenagers are juveniles. Two will be charged as adults.
They were identified as Travis Clark, 17, of Loudon and Jonathan Cappucci, 18, of Concord.
Both were charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest and were released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail pending arraignment April 29 in Concord District Court.
The three juveniles were released into the custody of their parents.
Police said three vehicles parked in the garage were damaged with much of the damage done by use of a fire extinguisher to spray the outside of the vehicles, although one vehicle sustained severe interior damage as well.
In addition to the swastika, police said several "disturbing images and words" were drawn on the vehicles.
The investigation continues, police said.
