The Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum Education and Cultural Center is situated on 100 acres of field, wetlands and forest and lies at the foot of Mt. Kearsarge, the home of Rollins State Park, and a popular hiking mountain known for one of the most spectacular views in New England.

A non-profit organization, the museum is dedicated to increasing the public awareness of Native American traditions, philosophy and art. Rain or shine, there are lots to do at the Museum! Come for a guided tour of the Exhibit Hall and its wonderful artifacts. In addition to a tour, visit the Museum Store, the Dreamcatcher, a destination in itself, offering a unique array of crafts, most of which are created by Indian artisans, and a large collection of books.

You can also walk along the 2 1/2 acre outdoor living museum, where you will learn the many ways the American Indians use plants for medicines, dyes, food and building materials.
