Housed in a restored Baptist church building in downtown Peterborough. The hands-on educational musuem has a three-tiered gallery that houses a core collection of international folk toys, folk art, instruments, costumes and interactive exhibits. Also offers a resource library, workshop area, museum shop, and performance space for multi-cultural dance, music, puppetry, and storytelling.

Outdoors you'll find a zen garden, a walkway of peace, a butterfly mosaic and outdoor sculptures. Inside, the museum houses several exhibits and offers many programs and workshops to educate the public about worldwide cultures.
