Just five miles east of downtown Keene, on Route 9, Pinnacle Mountain at Granite Gorge is easy to find. This year, Granite Gorge plans to open the Pinnacle Express double chairlift, providing top-to-bottom skiing on expanded terrain. The Gorge offers state-of-the-art snowmaking and grooming services. The base lodge offers concessions. Pinnacle Mountain offers great location, protection from the wind, and a north face that holds snow. In addition to alpine skiing and snowboarding trails, there is a terrain park, and a tubing park with a carpet lift.
